Inventory software for restaurants and fast food
Patties, buns, sauces, packaging: scan a label at every delivery or use, and always know what is left in the cold room and what to order.
What costs you time (and money)
Running out mid-service
No more buns at 8 pm on a Saturday: low-stock alerts and stockout forecasts warn you first.
Waste on fresh products
Products past their date end up in the bin. With one batch per delivery, the oldest go out first.
The evening count on paper
Count, copy, correct: the guided stocktake runs on your phone, area by area, and adjusts stock by itself.
What MiniStock does for you
Batches and expiry dates
Each delivery creates a batch with its date. Stock goes out nearest date first and the dashboard alerts you 72 hours ahead.
Scanning at delivery and in the kitchen
QR label on the bin or the product's barcode: stock in or out in seconds, even with gloves on.
End-of-service stocktake
Count by area (cold room, dry store, counter), see the gaps, adjust in one tap.
Restocking by supplier
Items below threshold are grouped by supplier with a suggested quantity, ready to copy or email.
FAQ
Does MiniStock track expiry dates for fresh products?
Yes, with the Batches and expiry dates module: each delivery is a dated batch, stock goes out in date order and you are alerted before expiry.
Can I use it for a food truck or a caterer?
Yes: at sign-up, choose Food service then fast food, restaurant, bakery or food truck. Categories and locations are adapted.
Do I need a computer in the kitchen?
No. A phone is enough to scan and count; a computer only helps if you want to prepare orders on a bigger screen.
