What is MiniStock?
Online stock management software for shopkeepers. Every item gets a QR label: scan it with your phone to record stock in or out, and stock levels, alerts and value update by themselves.
Do I need a barcode scanner or special hardware?
No. Your phone's camera is enough, and it also reads the EAN barcodes already printed on your products. QR labels print on any office printer.
Will it work for my business?
MiniStock adapts to 14 business types: fast food, restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, wine shops, cafés, clothing stores, beauty, hardware, bookshops, workshops, e-commerce… Turn on only the modules you need: batches and expiry dates, size and colour variants, custom fields.
How do I manage expiry dates?
With the Batches and expiry dates module: each delivery creates a batch with its date, stock goes out nearest date first, and the dashboard alerts you 72 hours before expiry.
How much does it cost?
Free for up to 6 items, no credit card. The Pro plan (unlimited items) is €59.99 per month, or €49.99 per month billed yearly, with no commitment.
Can I do my stocktake with it?
Yes: the guided stocktake has you count area by area, shows the gap with expected stock and adjusts everything when you confirm, with a full history.
Is my data safe?
Each business has its own isolated space, hosted in Europe. Your data stays yours and can be exported to CSV at any time.
Is there a mobile app?
The web version works on every phone and installs on your home screen like an app. A native app on the App Store and Google Play is coming soon.
