Inventory software for grocery stores and delicatessens
Hundreds of products, expiry dates everywhere and many suppliers: scan the barcode already on the product and keep accurate stock, aisle by aisle.
What costs you time (and money)
Too many products to track
A spreadsheet can't keep up. Here, every product is found by scanning its EAN barcode.
Expiry dates all over the place
Dairy, fresh, dry goods: each delivery has its date, and the dashboard lists what expires within 72 hours.
Orders placed by guesswork
Restocking starts from alert thresholds, grouped by supplier, with a suggested quantity.
What MiniStock does for you

One batch per delivery, nearest date out first, alerts before expiry.
Purchase price, selling price and margin
Stock value at purchase price, plus selling price and margin on each item.
Exports for your accountant
Valued inventory and movements to CSV, at any time.
FAQ
My products already have barcodes, do I need new labels?
No: MiniStock reads existing EAN codes. QR labels are for products without a barcode.
Can I track my margin?
Yes, with the Selling price and margin module: each item shows purchase price, selling price and margin.
What about products without an expiry date?
Batch tracking is turned on item by item: your dry goods stay simple.
