Inventory software for bakeries and pastry shops
Flour sacks, butter blocks, cream, yeast, bags: know what is left before tomorrow's bake, without searching the storeroom at 4 am.
What costs you time (and money)
Running out of flour at the wrong time
One missing sack and production stops. Alert thresholds and stockout forecasts get the order in early.
Dairy going out of date
Butter, cream, eggs: each delivery becomes a dated batch, and the oldest are used first.
Hidden ingredient costs
Stock value at purchase price shows in real time, so you know how much is sitting in the storeroom.
What MiniStock does for you
By the kilo and by the piece
Flour by the kilo, butter by the block, bags by the box: every item keeps its unit and decimals.
Batches and expiry dates
Date entered at delivery, nearest date out first, alert 72 hours before expiry.
Alerts and forecasts
The last 30 days of use estimate the stockout date of each ingredient.
Guided stocktake
Count the storeroom, cold room and bakehouse area by area; gaps are adjusted and logged.
